How did you find out about LIQID?
A friend of mine used to work here and referred me.

What was the main reason you joined LIQID?
Prior to joining LIQID I – unfortunately – didn’t work in a team, and this is something that I was looking for. I was on a quest for not just a job, but mentorship and the chance to learn from a cohesive team. During my interview, I quickly realized that LIQID could offer me exactly what I was looking for. Today, four years later, I am happy to say that LIQID has consistently provided the breeding ground for mentoring and personal growth, making my journey an increasingly fulfilling one.

What is your purpose? What drives you?
At the heart of my professional journey lies a profound passion for having a positive impact on people. Whether it's through my role as a Frontend Tech Lead or collaborating within teams, my purpose is clear: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I engage with. This commitment isn’t just a job, but a guiding principle that shapes my decisions and approach. Every project I undertake, every decision I make, is driven by this unwavering dedication to uplift and empower people, and it brings me deep satisfaction to pursue this purpose wholeheartedly.

One of LIQID’s core values is “WeQ”. How does this mindset shape your approach to daily tasks?
In my day-to-day work, I am fortunate to be part of a close-knit team where advice, discussions and socializing are part of our every day. Together, our successes and milestones are a true team effort, and it is the shared commitment that drives us forward towards our goals. What’s special about our group is that we never hesitate to share knowledge and learn from one another. We’re in this together, growing side by side, and that camaraderie is what makes every workday a truly fulfilling experience.

What’s your greatest personal success regarding “WeQ”?
Our collaboration on the LIQID Smart Start project has been simply remarkable. It was a testament to the incredible power of teamwork and shared determination. Without the seamless synergy we cultivated within our team, it would have been a daunting challenge to complete a project of this magnitude in such a short period of time.


What initiatives are there to demand and promote “WeQ”?
People are like a rich tapestry of unique stories and personalities. The key to building our team's collective intelligence, which we affectionately call “WeQ”, is to embrace these differences and take the time to understand our teammates. Think of it like those memorable team-building workshops and bonding activities we’ve all experienced. Not only are they fun, but they provide an opportunity to connect on a deeper level and find out what makes each of us tick. Through these shared moments, we not only appreciate our individuality but also discover the amazing strength that comes from a united team.
